The Meaning
Behind the Name

Vessel

Palm Sunday 2008 was a turning point for me. My pastor asked me to paint to music during the service, something I had never done before. The performance changed my life. God moved my heart in a way I had never felt before. It was then that I fully realized why God gave me the gift of creativity, and the gift of art; to share His love through my hands. I called it “visual worship.”

To this day, I’ve kept the original painting (“The Christ”) in my studio to remind me that I am a Vessel that God uses to show his grace, love, and mercy. It’s not about what I do; it’s about what He’s done for us. Everything I do, everything I paint, and everything I experience comes from Him, and I am overjoyed each and every day to be His instrument. By His grace, I desire to live as a vessel.

Services

Vessel is my suite of services for ministries & nonprofits. My goal is simple: to transmit the message of the Gospel throughout my art.

2 Timothy 2:20-21

“Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver but also of wood and clay, some for honorable use, some for dishonorable. Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of the house, ready for every good work.”
